Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after shipment. Most orders arrive closer to 10 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support teamand we'll investigate right away.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
